About me

I am a woman with ten years of professional experience. I consider myself as a strategist in the financial, organizational and human talent areas.

I perform with passion, commitment, responsibility and high empathy. My academic background and professional experience have provided me with the skills and knowledge necessary to understand the company in a global and strategic way, fully identifying its functional areas, processes and improvement opportunities.

I’ve learned from finance that numbers are nothing more than a reflection of people's actions and since then, beyond calculating a result, I prefer analyzing, diagnosing, proposing and getting involved with other areas to understand their impact on financial results. Therefore we can design strategies to improve them. Also for this reason I am deepening my knowledge in the area of Human Resources and, in the medium term, I will do it in Coaching because I am happy when people connect with their talents and stand out with them.
