    Consistently offer professional, friendly & proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues.  Assist in preparation & service of all food items for a la carte and or buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standard.  Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils & equipment. Maintaining high standard of hygiene.  Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions.  Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.  Preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef.  Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately.  Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food & beverages.  Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation.  Other duties as assigned.
