It features 347 guestrooms and 19 convention rooms for events up to 1000 attendees. My role involved creating proposals, coordinating meetings and events and taking group-booking from 10 rooms+. Furthermore it involves forecasting, price management and customer relationship management.

Furthermore, the 3 star Apart Hotel operated by Hilton has 67 guestrooms, a bistro and bar and is just a few meters away. My role involved creating proposals and coordinating meetings & events for up to 260 attendees. Being in charge of the group- reservations (10 rooms +) as well as the aircrew-bookings for both hotels.
