Zurich’s tallest four-star luxury hotel, Swissotel Zurich, conveniently located opposite Oerlikon train station, is ideally close to Zurich’s business, culture, shopping and entertainment and just 5km from both Zurich Airport and the city centre. It features 347 guestrooms and 19 convention rooms for events up to 1000 attendees. My role involved creating proposals, coordinating meetings and events and taking group-booking from 10 rooms+. Furthermore it involves forecasting, price management and customer relationship management.

The Hilton Zurich Airport is a 4 Star (former 5 Star) hotel located at the Airport Zurich Switzerland. The hotel features 323 guestrooms, one restaurant and bar as well as 25 flexible meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 260 persons. Furthermore, the 3 star Apart Hotel operated by Hilton has 67 guestrooms, a bistro and bar and is just a few meters away. My role involved creating proposals and coordinating meetings & events for up to 260 attendees. Being in charge of the group- reservations (10 rooms +) as well as the aircrew-bookings for both hotels.

I provided advice of hotel products and services, utilising opportunities where possible to maximise revenue.
