In 2016, I completed the 1 Year Part Time Day Release Programme (Certificate) through HTA. I attained the 2016 Culinary Mastermind Award.
I recently finished the 18-month Part Time Programme (Diploma) in 2018. This course is a part time course in which I attended classes twice a month.
Cooking is my passion. I have loved cooking and baking from a young age. I grew up in a Portuguese family (family & friend’s time revolves around food), we believe “happy stomach-happy life”.
I am a diligent, assertive chef, I'm a fast learner and a hard worker who always goes the extra mile. I'm full of innovative ideas and constantly looking for a challenge. I am always willing to learn, be it from my mistakes or in general.
