My focus are the "people" whether they are guests or colleagues it's my mantra to "treat others as I wish to be treated".
A guest is my priority as they are at the hotel for a service. If I can make their life easier whilst they are staying with us then I would've done my work.

Socially my world revolves around family and friends. I am lucky enough to have people who apparently food, crafting and Aston Villa FC around me so life is never boring.
If there is spare time I like helping at food bank and raising awareness plus money for Parkinson's and mental health issues.
