About me

After my bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, following my greatest passion, I reached the great goal of opening a restaurant.
In ten months of experience as a restaurant owner, I was able to improve day by day my qualities and skills as a chef and as a manager. I faced bigger and bigger challenges, taking advantage of my problem solving skills and developing my leadership of a multicultural team. With the Master in "Management of little company in an international environment" at John Cabot, I deepened all aspects of corporate management and refined my professional skills. I am currently working as an IT consultant at AGIC Technology in Rome where I am able to meet always different situations and increasingly challenging projects: team work in close contact with colleagues and direct contacts has now become vital.
I'm attended the Master course (with a weekend formula frontal lesson) organized by the "RBA Business School of Management" of Radar Consulting srl in Rome, touching on everything related to the Tourism and Hospitality industry, from Tourism Marketing to Change Management, through Revenue Management and Food & Beverage management.
