Following my hostess position, I continued my evolution in the office of the hotel as Sales representative/Event Manager, covering a maternity leave. Missions: - Events request management on the phone or by email (dinner, lunch, showroom, press presentation ...) from 5 to 60 persons. Mailing of the proposal according to their needs and refinement with the client. - Creation and diffusion of the function sheet of the event - Follow-up of each event : contract signature, final bill creation, follow-up of the payement, reminders ... - Reach the objectives set by my direction each month
