- On-board desk agent providing tourist information on ports of call along the Middle Rhine Valley, UNESCO heritage site. - Accounting tasks with cash float for final payments using Fidelio Management System - Tour Manager escorting groups of 20 guests on organized cruise package excursions on ports of call along the Rhine.
- Use of Fidelio Management System on a daily basis for check in & out, as well as for accounting tasks with cash float for final payments. - Frequent use of Outlook Mail with other Department Heads and use of Mail Merge to create personalized invitations for VIP guests to on-board formal dinners or cocktail nights. OBJECTIVES I am looking for a work environment where I can practice foreign languages on a daily basis. It must be dynamic concerning the variety of daily tasks to be performed, as well as in the willingness of the company to propose internal growth paths for employees.
