My name is Elena and I am a chef from Italy. I graduated in 2016 in Culinary Arts at the Cordon Bleu cooking academy in Florence, and since then I have been working in various restaurant environments.
My last position was as chef de partie in Ristorante Silene, a starred restaurant in Tuscany.
During my time at the academy, I followed courses on the running of a restaurant and participated in a range of cooking workshops, from pastry to molecular cuisine. I am also particularly knowledgeable about wines, chocolate and tea.
