- Providing comprehensive assistance to guests.
-Drawing up daily reports on guest reviews about the hotel: WELCOME / FAREWELL CALL LOG, MPG report.
- booking ala-carte restaurants, evening restaurant roundtrips, chatting with guests.
- Weekly participation in the Turkish course of food, translation from English to Russian of recipes.
- Informing employees of other departments about the arrival of guests, their special wishes, requests and personal preferences, as well as the possibility of providing services to guests according to their personal preferences.
- To provide assistance to the front desk at the time of arrival and departure of guests, to answer guests' questions, to inform about special services at the hotel services.
-Organization anniversary, honeymoon, birthday parties for guests.
-Help the resolution of all arising controversial issues.
- Special attention to guests in the hospital, visiting guests in the hospital (with flowers).
