Developing of the department’s organizational structure, creation of the department’s team (25 employees), determination of key efficiency objectives and control over their achievement, participation in the development of the company’s five-year business plan. Management the whole cycle of opening new offices: selection of city, registration of the legal entity, lease and renovation of offices, office furniture and computers, recruitment of personnel, promotion of subsidiary within the professional community, organization of business processes in subsidiary and interaction with the head office. During for 4 years were opened 2 offices and 2 offices were renovated. Providing administrative support to projects and contracts (execution of contracts, control over compliance with contractual obligations, formation, and control over adherence to project budgets). Formation of the Project Support Department: development of the department’s standards and work processes, recruitment of personnel. Was responsible for all types and areas of office support and secretariat: management and control over activities designed to support operations of offices, their lease and renovation; secretariat and contact centre.
