Du vin à l'économie en passant par la géopolitique et le management hôtelier : je suis un vrai touche à tout !

Cela s'explique peut-être par le début de l'histoire : entré à Sciences Po Aix en 2011, j'y ai acquis une vraie capacité à comprendre les enjeux du monde moderne, ainsi qu'une spécialisation professionnelle en économie et management stratégique déployable dans de nombreux secteurs. C'est durant ma vie estudiantine que j'ai attrapé le virus du luxe et de l'hôtellerie en intégrant pour une saison au prestigieux Plaza Athénée en 2012.

Ce virus va prendre de l'ampleur en moi, lorsque j'ai eu l'opportunité, au cours d'une expatriation en Norvège, de manager à 21 ans un bar à vin au sein des halles gastronomiques d'Oslo ! J'y ai attrapé mon second virus, devenu passion : l'amour du bon vin.
De retour en France, c'est décidé : j'irai étudier le commerce des vins, et quoi de mieux que Dijon, porte du vignoble de Bourgogne, pour y approfondir le sujet ?

Cependant, le virus hôtelier est tenace : je décide suite à ce master d'associer vins et hôtellerie en me dirigeant vers la sommellerie au sein du restaurant étoilé "Gordon Ramsay au Trianon", à quelques pas du Château de Versailles. S'en suit une expérience dans un univers "casual chic" chez AccorHotels comme Assistant manager du FRAME, au pied de la Tour Eiffel.

Décidant de mettre à profit mes compétences managériales au service des changements du secteur hôtelier, j'ai décidé de rejoindre le M2 Luxury and Hospitality de l'Université Paris-Est Marne-La-Vallée, parcours de référence depuis plus de 15 ans dans la formation de cadres pour le secteur touristique et hôtelier.

Passionné de sport (footballeur puis cycliste, puis muée en triathlète!), je suis ouvert à toute opportunité en lien avec le marketing stratégique hôtelier, l'encadrement de services opérationnels, ou tout autre fonction en lien avec le management hôtelier. Graduated from Sciences Po Aix-en-Provence in Management and international business (strategy, finance), I felt in love with wine and food industry during my studies in France and in Norway.

After a rich adventure at the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel as Assistant Restaurant Manager for "FRAME", I start in september 2018, a Master's Degree in Luxury and Hospitality management in ordrer to climb from operational to strategic and marketing issues in the luxury hospitality industry.

Ambitious and motivated by new challenges and exciting opportunities, I am interested in all functions in business development and strategic marketing in the hospitality industry.
