Elodie is a young, serious, and very hard working person. She has been successful holding positions in a variety of fields due to her strong sense of commitment and flexibility. Elodie is very dynamic and her past experiences have taught her a lot about the hospitality field. After one year and a half working for Marks and Spencer Café and Bakery as a manager (Paris), she decided to travel around south-east Asia for 8 months. She pursued her journey in Australia and lived in Melbourne for more than a year as a Pastry shop-Café assistant manager. During her travels in Australia, she also worked in a restaurant close to Cairns, as a waitress. After more than 2 years and a half in the hospitality sector, she intends to keep improving her hospitality skills both in french and english in French Polynésia
