I am Emile Lemonnier, 27 years old.
I grew up in a French establishment with French home used language in a English speaking country (Australia) which makes me speak fluently both langauges.
I have been at the Lycée Jean Marie Gustave Le Clesio until I reach 17 on which I decided to be in a technical School more specialised in a specific Career and what was better than providing a service , with Smile that makes people happy than Hospitality.
In 2011 I have been Graduated on Administration and Secretarial Communication high level and started to work on Cruise Lines immediately after . Engaged and ready to explore the work.
5 Consecutive years of career onboard cruiselines which are classified as floating prestigious hotels with such as Princess Cruise line ,MSC cruises but also with the famous Seabourn which has been nominated as the most luxurious cruise line in the world .Working on those Vessels necessite an high Customer Service that any prestigious hotel on land will require with in addition an implementation of available continuously.
Being in the Hotel Department on those vessels ,I have covered a few roles such as Hotel Secretary, Guest Service Agent,Guest Service Operator and Assistant night manager . Some roles were sometimes and challenge is the key word of success employee. Using the sentence 'A happy Passenger, makes a happy Manager and a Happy Manager makes a Happy Crew Member' all along the day , with smile and addressing myself in a warm and approachable manner to people, I have been recognised many times by the guest for providing a devine Service Skills end of each Cruise.
In between a 7800 capacity and 450 capacity of vessel guests capacity. An adaptation was fundamental within respecting my Customers no matter but not limited to their Culture, their Financial Situation or their Personalities.
Each concern wether positive or Negative addressed to me was a challenge and a way to wake up that Self Confident soon inside and prove myself that working at Guest Services was only about trying to give solutions , it is a way to provide a service that will result in a happiness of someone else but also a way to learn new thing day by day.
The a trust of my reliability towards the concern that has been reported to to be due within a time limit and n high expectation of my abilities to solving their concerns.
Recommendation letters from my previous Managers are bringing out the fact that Customer Service is my main priority and and solutions are always in the corner of each streets.
This year 2018, I have decided to move to Berlin and which I am currently working for a well known International Social Media Company as a Platform Analyst. This decision was not easy to take but I was willing to build a real life on land as I was not seeing myself at a certain age still travelling, exploring without thinking about my future and Berlin was my only decision. This career opportunity was as coordinator has been been ordered to me within the first week of my arrival here and I do enjoy the working environment but yet the communication ,interaction ,the pleasure of challenge and the smile that you provide to a person is missing me and Will hope to do not loose the hope to find this opportunity that will be offered to me to suit your requirements affiliate with my experience and qualifications.
