Income Auditor area: - Prepare daily Financial Reports using Opera, My Micros. - Control daily charges using my Micros and Excels. - Prepare daily reports for executive offices. General cashier area: - Conduct monthly audits of all cashier banks and assist in daily cash audits. - Reconciliation of the credit card system with Opera on a daily basis, resolving any discrepancies. - Assist with month-end inventories.
Internship in F&B - Customer service. - Relation between the reservations and the kitchen regarding special requests. - Preparing the restaurant for service generating reservations reports and realizing the seating. - Managing MICROS system. - Monitor dining room for seating availability during the service. - Helping the service team (taking orders, serving drinks, dishes) and manager in their daily tasks. - Assist in closing the restaurant and balance the till.
Internship in Rooms Division - Pre-arrival process, answering guest's emails, internal and extern phone calls from guests. - Customer service, be efficient in assisting guests throughout their stay with any requirements, handling guest feedback, provide direction and give suggestions. - Organizing special requests and details for special occasion stays. - Managing OPERA, generate reports, access and update guests reservations profiles. - Ensure the safety, security and loss control policies and procedures are compiled with at the front counter and back office area. - Attend daily briefings and relevant departmental and interdepartmental meetings.
