About me

My goal is to be able to develop both personally and professionally from international experience. Additionally, I have a deep interest in the culture, history and languages of other countries.
As a person who prides themselves on their ability to communicate and a dedication to learn and be a good employee, I believe that I am a very good fit for the international environment.
I have been working at the 4-star hotel for 10 months. The hotel operates with Fidelio so I was given to use it on a daily basis. My job was to organize everything for current reservations but also, always to make new contacts and attract new customers. Communication is the most important part of this job which is one of many reasons I enjoyed going to work every day. I have gained experience in sales of hotel services (direct, telephone and online sales). Since working with people means many unpredictable and changeable situations, I have learned to work under the pressure and to solve critical situations very fast.

    This was my one-month long internship at this Hotel. I was taught to do fast check-in and check-out. The hotel is working with Fidelio software, so I was introduced how it is working. I learned how to put all guests' data in the system and how to manage them if it is needed. Also, I would send guests' information to the border police on a daily basis via e-mail. Communication was very important and I spoke with guests every day and helped them whenever they needed something.
