I come from a family of restaurateurs, after graduating as an technical and catering services expert, I attended a training course as Food and beverage manager at the Alma, the most important Italian cooking school. I have always worked in the restaurant business as a waiter and chef. I try to complete myself by reading books of time management, menu engineering, book of food and beverage management and wine. Also books on personnel management, NLP and body language. I'm like the " win-win" theory. My aspirations is traveling around the world and improve my international experience in the hospitality.
