Tourism industry has always been of my interest as it is so wide and focuses on making people happy. As a former waitress I have developed my customer service skills which will enable me to use them with other companies after I finish university and when doing any voluntary work. My aim is to always grow my knowledge which is through university,voluntary work and in future through working with different types of companies.

During this job I have manned HE fair stands and carried out presentations for prospective students.

Working at heights attaching people to high ropes including the zip line and the giant swing. Working closely with climbing equipment ensuring inspections were carried out for the safety of campers. Experience of re-directing misbehaved campers for them to enjoy their time.

One of the most important responsibilites which will come in use in future is dealing with complaints which I have received training for to be able to understand how to deal with different customer types.
