Dear recruiters I would like to introduce myself:

my name is Fabio Chiariello and I am an hospitality enthusiast.

I' m an Italian native speaker very confident with my English skills thanks to my international experiences, from America to Australia.

I am in the Hospitality business since I was 17 years old.

I got over the Australian IELTS test on July 2015 to obtain a working sponsor in Melbourne, Aus.

Generally speaking I have a good personal education and my passion for hospitality industry keeps me reading a lot about food and wine pairing, new flavours and combination. I have also gained a really good knowledge about wines, cocktails and spirits thanks to my study in Italy, U.S.A and Australia.

I feel confident and comfortable with the most popular service styles standards such as Italian, French, English and Russian or gueridon. For this reasons I am extremely confident with my technical manual skills; fish filleting, meat and poultry curving on top.

I have a Hospitality diploma and numerous references obtained in Italy, U.S.A and Australia.

    As the head of F&B, my role was to create and enforce all the appropriate procedures to achieve the 5-star superior standards. For the ADELAIDE restaurant I was commissioned to create an excellent wine list with more than 100 labels both Italian and French. As per the restaurant I followed the purchase orders for the creation of the IN SALOTTO bar, drink list and the bar furnishings and for the coffee area I personally followed the development of the area. As a restaurant manager I proceeded to create the menus in the various formats required by the company. Part of my duties are: Cost controllers for the entire F&B department (restaurant, bar and room service) Maintenance of all the standards required by the company Creation and development of new offers for both hotel and external guests. Among my daily duties I deal with the recruitment section for the F&B staff where I constantly apply and develop new sequence of service training and upselling techniques.
