After + 15 years’ of progressive expertise in Operational and Project Management,I decided to give a turn in my professional life and orient my skills and competences to Hospitality sector. I decided to invert in studying a BSc in Hospitality offering a 12 monthes period in an Hotel.
Under the direction of the General Manager. I manage operations day to day, I assure optimum performance and continual improvement in the areas of guest service, employees, sales/marketing, and profit/financial control.
My professional skills are having strong interpersonal skills with ability to motivate, coach and communicate effectively, demonstrated skills in management and leadership of a hotel or any kind of Business Unit.
Client-Costumer focused and keen understanding of business/clients priorities, meeting the objectives, proactive, I am adaptable and recognized as pragmatic and team player and as a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision. I have Excellent Client and Employee
Relationship, and I am "Human", pragmatic and Details oriented.
