About me

I am a people person and it is why I am so passionate about hospitality.

Experience

10 months

  • F&B Intern

Four Seasons - Singapore - Singapore

    F&B service
    June 2018 - December 2018 · 7 months

I worked in the 190 Bar in the four seasons hotel in Singapore. I was in charge of the full outdoor station including service, orders and payment. This internship taught me a lot of the hospitality industry as in the F&B department but as well as every others. It was a good exposure that taught me to work with people from different cultures or nationalities. Finally I got to meet many people and hear amazing experiences from the guests as well as from the staff of the hotel.

  • Philanthropic work in China

I worked for Habitat for humanity in South China to help building houses for people in needs. We worked for a week to build a house. It was a very hard physical work but it taught me a lot about team work and how to manage our time and efficiency.

  • Philanthropic work in Nepal

I went to Nepal for a week to give hand made beanies that were made by my class mates to children that lived in a monastery. We also worked in the hospital that was next to the monastery. For a month the hospital was trying to give as much basic care to the habitants of the city for free. I was in charge of the optician section, I was conducting the tests to see if someone needed glasses. Non of the habitants spoke English but it was a barrier I broke fast and easily.

  • Philanthropic work ABC Rice

In Cambodia I lead a humanity project that consisted in collecting clothes, old books, and basic medicine for a small school managed by an Australian association. I spent two weeks in December 2017 at the school with the children teaching them English, math, etc... I managed the whole project. It took my team and I a year to do everything but it was one of the most fulfilling and challenging experience of my life.
