    My love for people and customer service is a never ending one. This was the reason why I applied for the flight attendant role in 2013, in one of the best airlines in the world, Etihad Airways. During three years I had the chance to travel to the most fantastic countries and to work with colleagues/guests from more than 110 nationalities. I was the leader of countless international teams and I drove them to success. Due to my positive attitude I was chosen for some of the most important roles in the company such as – Flying Nanny, Onboard Coach, Etihad Ambassador and Food & Beverage Manager (equivalent to Business Class Cabin Manager). My work is consistent but I am always curious about learning more and open to feedback. I am tolerant and patient – I have great conflict management skills.
    I am an experienced traveler and I genuinely care about others. I have good interpersonal skills and I develop strong relationships with both customers and colleagues. These are some of the reasons that led me to receive more than 30 management, colleague’s and guest’s recognitions during my 3 years of working in the airline business.
