About me

A dynamic and highly ambitious individual with an extensive front of house experience in the hospitality industry, with the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously. My international work experience and language skills make me confident in my ability to adapt my communication style to cater to the needs of customers from various cultural backgrounds. My cultural awareness and organisational skills have seen me be successful in my previous roles, which have required me to complete a variety of front of house duties and responsibilities. I am currently an International Hospitality Management student at Napier University and seeking a part-time role where I can apply my existing repertoire of customer service and language skills and develop knowledge and further employability experience in the hospitality sector.
