I was in charge of taking care of all the complaints that clients might have for any service in the hotel or restaurant. My duty was to make sure that those complaints were followed in order to make the guests happy again and have their problems solved. I was also daily in charge of all the VIP's staying in the hotel. I had to welcome them and follow up their stays. I also answered in different languages to mails and requests from guests with a quick turn around in less that 48 hours. Finally I had the opportunity to design a welcome package for French Guests.
