Responsibilities: I had several responsibilities such as delivering excellent customer service both in store and through emails and managing sales over the phone, opening and cashing up tills, I was in charge of exchanges, refunds, system corrections and the authorisation of change requests; I was supervisor and tutor for temporary and new permanent employees, which means that I managed the department and I trained the team on standards and KPIs, making sure they kept them at a high level. I dealt with replenishment and stock counting, VM tasks such as remerchandising spaces and areas, printing off stickers and stock commitments through the SAP system. I used to write the trade report at the end of each week, giving a whole overview of the week and figures; besides I ensured that important relationships with the buying office, visual merchandising and marketing team were established and kept. Between 2016 and 2018 I was brand ambassador for the Moleskine concession in store.
