I was appointed best fine dining cuisine chef in Rome from New York Times.
I have been experience as a private chef, in many TV program in Italy.
Participated in major international events with International Catering Relais Le Jardin.

I had worked for prestigious international luxury hotels in Middle East, Africa and Asia
I am well qualified and trained in the culinary/hospitality field and am highly skilled and experienced in developing and managing F&B from fine dining, all day dinning, banquet, and corporate events
My expertise includes food and beverage operations, staff management, restaurant concept development restaurant start-ups, and implementation of hotel operating procedures.
A culinary innovator, I am known for producing top quality, creative products, and contributing to revenue growth while simultaneously reducing operating costs.
