About me

I embrace my job with enthusiasm, passion and determination . I never stop learning from the world of food and I express myself through this culinary art.
I chose to work as a chef because food is a real part of our lives and it continues to inspire me on a daily basis and generates positive vibes and emotions within.
I learned the best of Italian cuisine in Alma, where I had the opportunity to work with some talented people who shared their culinary knowledge and techniques with me.
