I have been in charge of many resorts and hotels, which could accommodate between 100 to 1 000 guests. I had to drive team of 50 to 500 persons around the world. My main duties are talking care of the guests and employees; create marketing plans and budgets as promoting the hotels and its products in all tourism fair as ITB, Top Resa, WTM. Settle quality controls and procedures for all departments and manage work planning and follow yearly training plans.
Skills, Experiences and general contributions.
After thirty-seven years of experiences in different roles and position in hotels, resorts, in all services, I do have many skills and facilities to adapt myself to any kind of situation even as complicated ones like hurricanes, cyclones, and local strikes. I have been recognised as a leader for years and a person capable to train people and make them growing in the career. Guest satisfaction as quality with profitability, are two of my principal goals. Finally, I do not count my working hours, and I have most of the time sacrificed my private life for my working live.
