With various skills accumulated over the years in the food & beverages industry, I have a strong operations background and with a Advanced Diploma focused in International Tourism(City & Guilds board). I'm responsible for making the weekly staff duty roster, all necessary maintenance work needed for the outlet, monthly inventory, daily cashier's duties as per allocation, handling of a section during service, engaging with guests, daily service reports, delegation of duties, training colleagues, monthly par stock.
