•Monitoring inventory levels of supplies including liquor; assisting in restocking and replenishment of supplies.
•Preparing shift timings for staff and ensuring the provision of adequate manpower to cater to the client needs.
•Investigating and resolving complaints concerning food quality and service.
•Devising cost effective methods for the entire food and beverage department.
•Assisting in the design and development of new menus
•Consistently strategising methods to improve the standards of hygiene and service throughout the restaurant.
•Collaborating with management personnel to plan marketing, advertising, and any special restaurant functions.
•Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
•Helping in any area of the restaurant as required.
•Organising and supervising the shifts of kitchen, waiting and cleaning staff.
•Managing staff, ensuring adherence to company’s uniform standards and conducting performance appraisals.
