I completed studying at the International School of Hotel Management, Les Roches Marbella. According to our school plan, I am asked to fulfil an internship period of 6-12 months for the validation of my years of study. In this way, my first semester I worked at the Guoman Thistle Marble Arch Hotel in London, as F&B cross-trainee where I worked through all the outlets: restaurant, lounge and bar where I was in charge of the closing and opening.
My second semester I worked at the Auberge Discovery Bay Hotel in Hong Kong, as Front Office cross-trainee working at reception checking in and out guests, as concierge and host at the Executive Lounge when needed.
I did a third internship at Puente Romano Beach Resort & Spa in Marbella in the Sales & Marketing department where I was in charge of making quotations for possible guests.
During my last internship I worked as Assistant General Manager at Barceló Isla Canela where I was in charge of supervising breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar operations. Also welcome VIP guests, check guestrooms when needed, handle guest complains and assist the General Manager when needed.

My first job was as Head Waiter at Thanos Anassa Hotel in Cyprus. I was in charge of a part of the restaurant supervising a drink server and a drink runner. Also presenting the menu to guests and making sure the food order was correct. Last year I fulfilled a 3 months contract at Borgo Pignano, Italy, as Chef de Rang.

I would be very interested in working in F&B department, Events, Rooms Divisions, Guest Relations, Human Resources, as well in Sales and Marketing department; however I am flexible and would be happy to work in any other departments.

I think I will suitable for your hotel because I am really motivated, hard-working person who has eagerness to learn. Good team player, I do not mind to take responsibilities, which I always find challenging.
