hi, my name is Gabriella. now i'm studying pastry in Le cordon bleu australia. My backgound is an interior designer. Even though my degree is very different from baking, I believe it can add an innovative, and creative way to decorate and make cakes. I’m looking for as much as experience as possible from my work placement.
