My name is Alessandro Gaggini, I am 25 years old and I have been working in the bread industry for 3 years.

In these years, I have learnt different processing techniques of the dough both with direct and indirect method and with the use of the starter.

I have graduated at ALMA International School of Italian Cuisine as a Bakery Chef, with the grade of 83/100.

I am a hard working person, deternimed, proactive and willing to face new challenges.
