-Check the following:
-All arrivals checked-in or CXLD
-All No-shows are processed, charged and reported
-CC Receipts, Non-Ref receipts, Email list, Daity report, Cleaning Report
-Now check Departures and see if there are any balances to pay.
-Check people out as they come.
-Once everyone's out go to ardvals.
-Make sure that all bookings are either paid or pre-authorized (all Green, not Red).
-Make sure all rooms are allocated.
-Print out Guest cards and attach them with booking confirmations
-Prepare electronic key cards and card holders with guest information.
-Make sure that Housekeeping clean all departure rooms first.
-Check people in as they arrive.
-Upon check-in take photo copy of lD or Passport for Europeans and Driving Licence for
-lf booking is paid, check CC number to make sure that is the one you have in the System.
-Do quick introduction - how to use key card, room number, floor number, lift use, Strict
Non-Smoking policy, tel. number of Reception.
-Keep checking emails and putting booking into the system as they arrive.
-Sort out all reservations made today. Put them in the reservation folder in a day order.
-Check pavment slips and Dailv Report records.
-Make and Print Cleaninq Report for Housekeeping!
-Make and Print Breakfast Report
