    •Regional Train The Trainer: Hilton Brand (MEA) •Overseeing the daily operation of F&B outlets in Waldorf Astoria & Jeddah Hilton that includes 68 colleagues, 7 Restaurants and actively supporting the largest C&E operation in the city. •Performing Duty Manager Shift’s on assigned evenings for Jeddah Hilton with 388 rooms. •Assisting Director F&B in administrative functions in all areas of the F&B Division to ensure delivery of the strategy and compliance with company standards. •Initiate special/innovative promotions and activities that generate additional revenues and create memorable experiences for our guest. •Monitoring the activities and trends of competitor hotels, restaurants and keeping up to date with international trends in order to ensure the competitive advantage of both hotels. •Assisting in managing all aspects of the service quality, Medallia reports, F&B expenses merchandising and the division development. •Making recommendations for modernization of equipment, service methods and presentation to improve guest satisfaction and profits. Currently undergoing multiple renovations to our F&B concepts. •Set, in close conjunction with each manager to assist the Director F&B in creating annual operating budgets which will form part of the Business Plan. •Managed to improve TripAdvisor ranking in our restaurants e.g. Ginger Leaf Indian Restaurant ranked #560 in Jan 2017 to #1 in 2018. Aromi Italian Restaurant ranked #16 in 2017 to #2 in 2018. Mataam Al Sharq Lebanese Restaurant ranked #25 in 2017 to number #5 in 2018. •2018 YTD F&B Division is above the brand in all guest satisfaction metrics. •Assisted F&B division in achieving 3% above budgeted profitability in 2017.
