Additionally, a key project member on roll out of new performance management process & system. • Provided executive level HR direction, strategy and counsel for over 3,000 employees • Improved employee engagement by obtaining feedback and delivering improvements including reduction in forced overtime, increased uniform choices, regular health screenings and other initiatives to improve the employee environment • Improved fatigue management, by conducting researching, highlighting potential risks and amending policies and practices as appropriate • Reduced absence in IT from 13 day to 8 days in 6 months, by running attendance management workshops for all managers and tackling high absence cases • Successfully implemented restructure of IT department which included 1,200 staff. 450 staff in impacted roles were assessed and placed in new
