I was occupied as a Customer Service Agent for Zara.com for Greek market. I was employed from Sum Talk Iniciativas which is used by Inditex as an outsourcing company for customer service. My main responsibilities were managing chats and emails for Zara.com regarding issues such as purchasing instructions, returning and refunding procedures, payment and delivery methods, order status, shipping assistance by communicating courier companies, managing complains upon products-company service-delays and assistance recruiting other Greek agents for the company. Escalating cases to higher departments of decisions and management was rare, as really high percentage of issues were solved from the first line of customer service, the agents.

I was occupied as a Floor Waiter A in a A La carte- Bar Restaurant in the middle of Athens , freshly opened and thrived. Monastiraki square is the touristic center of Athens and in this project the owners started with operating mostly coffee orientated –then promoting the bar and finally later on, launched the A la carte Restaurant. I created the English menu for the manager based in my experience in what tourists pay attention. Sometimes I was helping the kitchen to improve the recipes cause I am a food lover more than a restaurant professional. I listen to my guests a lot also and provide the feedback to the kitchen in order to improve.

I was occupied as a Floor Waiter A’ in the beginning in a A’ la carte restaurant with Italian – French cuisine, having a really extended menu, trying to cover the big diversity in the society of Amsterdam and its hype tourism. Vegetarian, vegan, Hindu, Muslim restricted options were provided as well as alternatives to gluten or lactose free guests. An international variety of wines was provided also which were tasted and analyzed from the service in order to understand the aromas and the combinations that should be suggested to the guests. The Duchess had also the Tea Room, where was provided High Tea(mostly famous in London, Paris, New York) with savory and sweet delicacies and a large variety of Teas and of course I have learned the whole High Tea procedure. After some while I was promoted as a Head Waiter and I was training some of the new staff members. We were serving, and of course promoting due to operation efficiency, set menus but in any case (a la Carte or Set Menu) the concept was always the Sharing one – mostly used in Mediterranean countries, like Greece. in the same time to keep the balance, the waiters in order to preserve the fine dining, we were making 3-5 stages of delivering the food. Busy nights had always 2 sittings, and in special occasions 3 (New Year’s Eve, Saint Valentine etc). Last but not least, venues like the 50years of Vogue Party or Tipsy Tea Parties with DJ and dancers after dining in the same floor, had been hosted from the Duchess and me also
