Native is a company founded twenty years ago that transformed the concept of hospitality. Guests do not book room hotels, but exclusive apartment in different location and size, with or without a concierge, for short or long stay, with staff always available 24/7 to help and answer to any requests. The majority of the property are in London, but the company recently acquired new ones in Glasgow and Manchester. As Guest Service Assistant/Front of House, at Native Bankside, my main responsibility are coordinating all guest related enquires day to day, managing the online bookings out of hours and play a crucial role in customer retention and repeat bookings alongside the property manager.
