Passionate about wines and restaurants, I have gained decades of experience in this sector at various types of facilities, from international fast food chains like Pret a Manger to luxury starred restaurants like Winter Garden by Caino. This same passion has led me to study at ALMA, The International School of Italian Cuisine, one of the most important schools in the sector, earning both a Sommelier Diploma Third Level and a Diploma in Professional Steward, Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager. I am an enthusiastic and dynamic person, oriented to customer service, versatile and able to interact with a variety of customers from different cultures and nationalities and in various foreign languages.
