Born in Bergamo, and in my hometown my story begins.
I attend catering school in S. Pellegrino Terme in the early 80s and after that I start working in the most prestigious Restaurants in Città Alta. These are memorable years of great excitement. After serving in the army I move to Milan where I work for two years as a home-based private Chef for a well-known entrepreneur.
My motivation towards an international career leads me aboard of yachts and ships around the world following my employer’s family. In ’96 I relocate in Amsterdam, then in London, Nice, and Brussels, a valuable working experience and above all an amazing personal journey through the different nuances in European culture. Colors, flavors and experiences which will significantly define may vision of planning and preparation of food.
