*Perform and direct overall store management. *Responsible for inventory and monetary control systems. *Direct staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. *Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security. *Recruit staff and oversee training program. *Establish inventory schedules. *Responsible for local marketing initiatives to increase and promote sales. *Maintain business records. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position. Reports to: Area Managers Tasks & Responsibilities: *Performs a variety of duties relating to Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) - Style service including greeting and serving guests, product preparation, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. *Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as outlined in the Operations manual. *Maintains professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the Operations Manual. *Understands food safety and roles models a positive attitude for other staff. *Trains, direct and guide all Sandwich Artists in their tasks and responsibilities. *Completes and posts the staff work schedules. *Coordinates and supervises staff so that standards of cleanliness are maintained as outlined in the Operations Manual. *Supervises food preparation to ensure that food safety and operations standards are maintained. •*Performs paperwork duties as needed (WISR Submission, Stock Take, etc). *Assists with planning of special events and promotions. *Inspects equipment and storage facilities throughout a shift to ensure that equipment is in proper working order. *Manage a staff of approximately 4 to 12. *Assign, oversee and evaluate work. Recommend promotion, transfer, or termination of employees. *Conduct written and verbal staff evaluations. *Maintain business records as outlined in the Operations Manual. *Analyse business records to increase sales.
