I have over six years administration experience working in Belfast/Northern Ireland.
I have worked as an administrative assistant in customer service section for 5 years .
I was working with team of twelve people in a customer service department . My job as administration assistant included: making payments to policyholders and suppliers, solving the customer phone calls queries, updating the computer system, setting up claims, referencing post, faxes .I have worked in Royal Mail as a logistic assistant where I was processing customers orders . I have also worked in 4 and 5 stars Belfast hotels in the restaurant, organizing catering. I possess excellent communication skills and an ability to impress my clients.
