I am working in the field of Costumer Service for more than four years which includes both local
and abroad. I am very much confident with the knowledge and experiences that I have acquired
on my previous jobs to help me in taking my career into the next level.
In my current position in sheraton dubai creek hotel&tower, I was hired as a front desk Agent.
Immediately I was able to adapt from the new situation with the help of my colleagues. Along
with all the team, I was vastly trained by my superiors and managers to take my performance
into the next level, in which:
• I was taught how to manage Guest complaints and Guest concerns in the most
• I was taught how to deal and differentiate each nationalities and races with their
culture and lifestyle.
• I am able to provide an excellent performance in giving guest satisfaction during the
check in process which can be seen from the good comments that the guests
are writing in both Trip Advisor and Booking.com.
• I was chosen as the Employee of the month for March 2017.
• I am very keen and observant with regard to the words that has to be used from
both verbal and written, especially when dealing personally with the VIPs and/or
writing a very important email.
Also, due to my self-driven attitude, I can make the work more than to what has been expected.
I would like to pursue with my career path in taking it to the next level and I am very much
eager to learn more and to do more for the company.
I also believe that to be able to work in a Costumer Service related industry is quite a test on
both your personal and professional growth for it requires a great deal of understanding and
