Implemented cost control measures across all departments for a multi-fold increase of the property's GOP margin. Led marketing efforts and service improvements across rooms and F&B to increase the property’s top-line by over 50%. Re-launched the hotel's pool operation for the 2018 season to become one of the most popular nightlife spots in the area. Increased the property’s gross revenue as the first hotel in the regional market to introduce a resort fee.

    Providing crucial pre- and post-opening leadership at PUBLIC as a key member of a select task force brought on by Ian Schrager to launch his latest hotel brand. Developed, implemented and managed the hotel operations’ annual budget, forecasts and objectives to meet management expectations. Oversaw the implementation and stabilization of all hotel technology, including PMS, POS, self check-in and online/mobile ordering. Responsible for hands-on leadership, alongside Public’s Executive Housekeeper, for 30+ Housekeeping staff, including room attendants, floor supervisors, and housemen. Eliminated scheduling inefficiencies to reduce daily housekeeping labor by 2 FTEs. Proactively owned and resolved guest service issues, lead daily hotel stand-up meetings, ensured the spotless appearance of all public areas and coached front office/front desk on guest interaction and operational procedures. Responsible for leading a group of external consultants, F&B operators and on-property engineers to bring the hotel in compliance with all Department of Health rules and regulations, resulting in the coveted “A” grade from the New York City DOH. Actively directed efforts between in-house engineers, 3rd party contractors and housekeeping to return 14 out-of-order rooms back into inventory in just 2 days, which allowed the hotel to sell out during NY Fashion Week and resulted in >$30K of additional rooms revenue. Ensure implementation of financial applications, technology systems and operating procedures across all departments.

Managed floor plan for the 530-seat trading floor of Deutsche Bank’s Global Markets Equities division for 3 consecutive years. Planned and coordinated over 40 floor seating changes, including 3 complete reshuffles, and resolved conflicts between senior executives of up to 20 groups.
