About me
Myself Harendra Singh from Uttrakhand, India. I have done 4 year graduation in hotel management from Uttrakhand technical university.i started my job as a restaurant steward from park Hyatt Goa after 2 year I got promoted as a restaurant supervisor.i have awarded by GM for getting maximum name on social media shared by guests.
apart from that I have worked with speciality seafood restaurant palms at park Hyatt Goa (an award winning seafood restaurant in Goa) as a team leader .along with that I have experience of working in villages square (a complex of 4 restaurants i.e Indian, Italian, Goan and coffee shop) where we have to manage orders from all the outlets and serve on the table.
being a team leader I am responsible for maintaining G.O.P in outlet , taking training for new joiners , checking the maintainance of outlets, taking briefings etc.
