Thorough knowledge of HACCP & FSSC 22000 Requirements. Internal and External communication to ensure unhindered production without compromising the quality of the product Internally coordinating with the procurement department in reviewing and approving suppliers, liaising with the sales department to meet customer requirement and complaints. Conducting regular GMP/GHP Internal Audits to ensure compliance to standards. Conducting internal investigation on customer complaints followed by necessary corrective actions. Raw Material & Final Product approval and acceptance from Dubai Municipality.
