Job Description : Maximizing Revenue through Demand –Price Analysis & Effective Distribution Management
Day-wise / Segmentwise "pickup pace" and Business monitoring.
Reviewing BOB Daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly through PMS Reports and EzRMS
Managing Distribution Channels to maximize productivity through Promotions/Constant engagements
Value indices (STR) and TravelClick Hotelligence review and tracking
Pricing BAR and Miscl. Packages in line with competition/revenue strategy, Rate &Inventory Management.
Checking Data hygiene (market segment, rate code, source etc. tagging)
Arresting Revenue Leakages through keeping a check on processes/systems.
Conducting weekly revenue strategy meetings with General Manager and Sales Leaders.
Forecasting and Participating in Rooms Budgeting, Bar and Contracted matrix annual activities.
Participated and Completed RMA – Level 1 conducted by Marriott International
