In charge of Housekeeping and Laundry operation for 1000 Guest Rooms and washing 8 tones per day.
Effective management of the Housekeeping Department by achieving the highest cleanliness standards.
Establish a cleaning program in all guest areas adhering to company policies, procedures and brand standards.
Inspect daily all areas of responsibility (public areas, guest rooms, storage, laundry/valet, uniforms, linen, Pools, landscape.......etc)
Establish effective cleaning and preventive maintenance programs for all furniture, fixtures and equipment.
Establish and maintain accurate inventory records on guest room and cleaning supplies, equipment, linen and uniforms.
Ensure effective cost control whilst achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Liaise with Laundry and Engineering Departments to ensure smooth flow of supplies and completion of maintenance orders.
Conduct regular meetings to keep employees well informed and maintain high morale.
Submit annual capital improvement program budget and annual budgets for labor and operating expenses.
Hire and train staff, maintain attendance records; develop a fully accountable Supervisory Team.
Supervised and managed all Recreation Facilities (pools, spa, kids club, etc.); maintained condition of hotel landscape.
