About me

Born in Brussels area in a French-speaking Family, I grew up between Brussels, the French Riviera and Miami Beach where my mother and my sister are established. After my graduation from High School (Lycee Moliere - language studies), I followed lectures in communication at the University and decided to start Culinary Studies. I have degrees from the French Culinary Academy GASTRONOMICOM in Coral Gables (MIAMI-DADE, Florida, USA) but also Agde (France), and UK/EU LEVEL 1 & LEVEL 2 FOOD SAFETY certificates.
I work currently for ARTFOOD TRAITEUR (Caterer) in Brussels, Belgium. I’ve worked mostly for private events, corporate, vernissage, assisting private chefs in luxury accomodations but I have also an experience in Restaurant. I’m fluent in French and English, I’ve notions of Spanish, Dutch and German.

My goal is to step into the kitchen of a world-leading luxury restaurant and learn from the best chefs in the International hospitality industry and eventually have exposure to the international hospitality industry.
I’m totally ok, if asked, to rotate to different stations,to acquire the skills and techniques necessary to take the culinary world by storm.
