Guided quality committee, increasing guest satisfaction in +1.0 points vs. previous year. Leaded all operations department including Rooms Division, Maintenance, Security, IT and Conference Services, facilitating the hotel transition. Managed the health and safety committee representing the GM and hotel interests and dealing with workers council demands. Mediated as central point of contact for the operations corporate task forces. Facilitated a successful PMS change and training involving 150 employees.
