    Promoted as interim EAM by GAT Consultancy during the first face of the transition, from December 2013 to July 2015, to support the GM and the hotel operation. Operated a 5 star luxury hotel with 432 rooms and 52 meeting rooms, 10 operating departments and a total of 410 employees. Guided quality committee, increasing guest satisfaction in +1.0 points vs. previous year. Leaded all operations department including Rooms Division, Maintenance, Security, IT and Conference Services, facilitating the hotel transition. Managed the health and safety committee representing the GM and hotel interests and dealing with workers council demands. Mediated as central point of contact for the operations corporate task forces. Facilitated a successful PMS change and training involving 150 employees.
